Nice list, I would recommend the plugin cssUpdater as well. It adds a “sync now” button to FireBug that listens to your FireBug CSS changes and sync them back to your original CSS files.

This way you can change your UI with FireBug, reload your site and see that everything looks like before!

Scrapbook is a great idea, but it has disappeared on me twice…one time i’m using it, the next time I open firefox it’s gone.
Not reliable. Got to figure out where all my files have gone.
